A day in this role

You arrive on the floor ready to keep production humming. One hour you’re checking lubrication on a gearbox; the next you’re tracing a circuit on a control panel or swapping a worn pneumatic seal. You’ll rotate support across multiple shifts to help a 24/7 operation stay safe, reliable, and efficient.

What you’ll tackle

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize uptime on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic pneumatic issues such as worn seals, damaged hoses, and valves that aren’t actuating correctly.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to guide repairs and adjustments.
• Partner with senior technicians on daily maintenance tasks and on-the-spot production support.
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and site safety procedures without exception.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safety-focused to support quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with teammates and clearly communicate findings, status, and next steps.

What you bring

• 1–2 years in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance setting.
• Core understanding of mechanical systems: motors, gearboxes, and lubrication best practices.
• Familiarity with pneumatics and basic electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read both electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Comfort using hand tools and basic diagnostic instruments.
• Working knowledge of LOTO procedures.
• A team-first mindset and eagerness to keep learning and sharpening skills.
