Office Services Associate

We are seeking a professional, customer-service driven Office Service Associate to join our dynamic mail room team. While this role does not include direct management responsibilities, it is key to ensuring smooth, efficient operations for a prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate is adaptable, tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and eager to cross-train across all service lines.

No prior experience is required-if you have a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-service mindset, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Location: Kansas City, MO 64108
• Payrate: $18.25 per hour
• Shift: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving packages and trial boxes
• Performing daily mail runs
• Managing office supplies
• Completing daily and monthly reporting
• Cross-training across all service line roles to support the team.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (trial boxes, packages, etc.)
