Speech Language Pathologist

We're looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (new grads and experienced SLPs alike) to join our dynamic, supportive, and inspiring team!

What You'll Do as an SLP
As part of our expert team, you'll:

• Evaluate and treat children and young adults with diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs.
• Develop individualized Plans of Care with meaningful short- and long-term goals tailored to each child's unique journey.
• Collaborate with families to maximize skill carryover and provide essential resources.
• Stay at the forefront of your field with professional development and evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation while adhering to all licensure and certification requirements.

Who You Are as an SLP
You're a compassionate and skilled SLP with:

• A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification (or are a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting alongside occupational therapists and fellow SLPs.
• Experience (or a passion to gain experience!) with a wide variety of conditions, including articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC devices.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
