Arizona Licensed Intake Specialist

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Arizona Licensed Intake Specialist will manage client applications and enrollment processes, ensuring timely onboarding of patients and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Work closely with patients and caregivers to educate them on the application and enrollment process, aiming for completion within 60 days Provide necessary documentation to Nevada Medicaid and patients' insurance for service authorization, ensuring quick turnaround times Serve as the initial point-of-contact for prospective clients, managing a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete Required qualifications Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment Motivated to help patients and caregivers, with a strong drive to exceed case targets and metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective issue resolution over the telephone Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and the ability to leverage technology for customer issue resolution High empathy and a collaborative team player attitude
