Onboarding Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Guiding new customers through the setup and successful adoption of a conversation-centric platform, the remote Onboarding Technician will assist with account configuration, provide training, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while meeting performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with initial account setup via phone and screen share Guide customers through login, configuration, and product functionality Perform network checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure successful implementation Required Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing or support role Basic technical aptitude, including software support and device setup Ability to work evening/night shifts aligned to U.S. business hours (Mon-Fri 4:00 pm - 3:00 am) Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Proficient English (written and verbal communication)
