Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health status, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to coordinate holistic care, ensuring continuity and comprehensiveness of services.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that empower participants with coping skills and support.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, offering timely support during acute situations in adherence to ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, and reflecting best practices in treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
