Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of a diverse caseload.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop strength-based treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges of clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in weekly team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, identity development, and significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active, unrestricted LCSW license in California.

• Possess at least 1-2 years of clinical experience following licensure, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Ability to connect and build relationships with diverse populations and clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 to $110,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include a fully remote work environment, opportunities for flexible caseload management, administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client communication, and access to a HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform.
