- Ensure all products and processes comply with internal quality standards and applicable industry regulations and certifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues by collaborating with production staff and identifying root causes, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting process adjustments to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Ensure testing and inspection equipment is calibrated and properly maintained for quality functions.
- Collaborate closely with production teams, engineers, and supervisors to maintain quality standards throughout the production cycle.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in electrical testing and quality control processes.
- Experience with inspection tools (e.g., dimension, torque) and testing equipment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams, component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures.
- High level of accuracy in inspection and testing procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly report findings and collaborate with teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is a bonus.
- Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
