Position Details 

Provide excellent customer service to facilitate a positive and efficient experience for individuals accessing and participating in services, as well as for employees providing those services. Responsibilities include responding to phone calls, receiving and directing clients, data entry, retrieval and organization, and coordinating workflows across programs. Success is achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships, communication, and organization.

Position Requirements

• Deliver high-quality customer service and use creative problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues effectively.
• Prior experience in a behavioral health and/or medical office setting.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
• Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of two years of Excel experience, including data tracking, organization, and basic analysis.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and interpreting information to support operational needs.
• Ability to collect, organize, and compile information from multiple systems, programs, or departments and prepare clear and accurate reports.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
• Ability to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance to staff.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to support planning, coordination, follow-up, and timely completion of goals and assigned projects.
• Working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently across multiple programs, departments, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at various levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
