UNUM Group is seeking a Virtual Enrollment Specialist to deliver enrollment and retention support for workers nationwide. You will educate clients on Core and voluntary benefit portfolios, assist with claims navigation, and provide technical help with enrollment platforms. The role requires health & life licensing in- state, bilingual Spanish (asset), and availability to work until 8 pm EST. Prior call center experience is preferred and a 4-year degree or equivalent is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
