VP, Investment Real Estate Finance: Lead CRE Lending

Equify Financial seeks a Vice President, Investment Real Estate Finance to originate and manage commercial real estate lending relationships focused on non-owner-occupied investments, including SFR portfolios and multifamily assets.
You will source, structure, and underwrite loans, build referral networks, coordinate with underwriting and closing teams, and drive production and portfolio quality.
