About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee its financial operations in compliance with GAAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, and the protection of member assets. This strategic role involves guiding long-term financial planning, risk management, and organizational growth. The CFO will also be a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making, and will lead budgeting, treasury, liquidity, and investment activities. Ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a high-performance culture through team coaching and guidance are also essential aspects of the position. Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or CFA being beneficial. A minimum of 10 years' experience in managing accounting and finance functions, including at least 5 years in senior executive management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset liability management, and experience in managing interest rate risk, and will be adept at ensuring the organization's financial health and stability. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the company's mission to be a premier financial institution, with a focus on meeting the needs of its member-owners, employees, and the community.
