Maintenance Coordinator

Please read full job description before applying or submitting candidates:Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, and/or require no sponsorship of any kind now or in the future.In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experienceBackground qualifications:Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to boxStrong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systemsDay to Day duties:Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtimeHelp Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management
