NCUS TEC is a nationally accredited institution of higher learning dedicated to preparing individuals for meaningful careers through credentialed, industry‑relevant education and workforce training. As part of the National Center for Urban Solutions (NCUS), NCUS TEC equips students with the technical skills, career coaching, and employer connections needed to achieve economic mobility while helping employers build a highly skilled workforce for today's evolving economy. What We Do NCUS TEC delivers industry‑recognised certification programmes aligned with workforce demand across healthcare, technology, construction, advanced manufacturing, and broadband infrastructure. Through innovative workforce development, employer partnerships, customised training, and career placement services, NCUS TEC prepares individuals for high‑demand careers while creating talent pipelines that support regional and national employers. Position Summary Reporting to the President and CEO, the Executive Director serves as the senior operational leader of NCUS TEC and is responsible for advancing the institution's strategic growth, operational excellence, accreditation, compliance, and workforce impact. This leader will oversee daily operations while building the infrastructure necessary to scale a nationally accredited career college serving multiple campuses and high‑demand industries. The Executive Director will strengthen employer and higher education partnerships, advance Title IV readiness, improve organisational systems, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and measurable outcomes that align with NCUS TEC's mission of transforming lives through education and workforce development. Must Have Executive leadership experience within a postsecondary institution, career college, workforce development organisation, community college, or comparable educational enterprise Demonstrated ability to build organisational infrastructure, implement scalable systems, and lead organisations through growth and change Strong understanding of accreditation, regulatory compliance, Title IV readiness, and postsecondary education administration Experience developing strategic partnerships with employers, higher education institutions, workforce agencies, corporate partners, and community stakeholders Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, strategic planning, organisational performance management, and resource allocation Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to lead effectively through ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop high‑performing teams and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution #J-18808-Ljbffr BroadView Talent Partners
