About the Role

The Executive Director will be instrumental in this transition, with a focus on strategic clarity, expanding influence, and building a sustainable funding model. This role requires a visionary leader who can guide the Foundation in defining its programmatic and strategic priorities, activating its global network, and positioning the organization as a leader in the global citizenship space. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company is a strategic thinker and an execution-oriented leader, capable of leading a distributed, global team and community. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with partners, funders, and thought leaders, as well as strengthening internal systems, structures, and culture to support a more cohesive and scalable organization. The successful candidate will be committed to the values of global citizenship, equity, and collaboration, and will be energized by the opportunity to translate the mission into measurable, sustained impact.
