The position ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements while managing relationships with line of business and third-party stakeholders. The role also involves leading a team of Facility Management professionals.**Your day-to-day tasks will include:*** Managing the performance and outcomes of assigned staff* Interfacing with third-party owners (Landlords) to ensure contract compliance and resolve tenant relations issues* Providing facility services in accordance with account standards, policies, and procedures* Ensuring compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and relevant laws and regulations* Coordinating and managing Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography* Preparing, submitting, and managing facility budgets, tracking variances, and overseeing recovery processes* Supporting the collection of management fees and reimbursements from 3rd party tenants* Executing staff development plans and participating in compensation planning processes**Desired experience and technical skills -****Requirements:*** 8+ years of experience in managing facilities services* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education* Strong leadership and relationship building skills* Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills* Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills* Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service* Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis**Preferred:*** Advanced degree* CPM, RPA, or CSM designation* Real estate licenseThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
