Position Overview As a Full Time Teller within PNC's West McDermott Branch, you will be based in Allen, TX. Bilingual in Spanish Preferred. This role focuses on delivering a unique customer experience, improving customer financial wellbeing, and increasing branch share of wallet. Responsibilities Process a variety of customer interactions. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions. Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate. Conduct meaningful conversations with customers to identify opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Maintain customer focus by aligning customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in business decisions. Manage risk by assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities in support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
