Schedule:

• Full-time, in office
• Monday – Friday
• No evenings or weekends

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Quote personal and commercial insurance products
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Recommend insurance solutions based on client needs
• Ask for the sale and close new business
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly production goals

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls daily
• Quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance policies
• Work both warm and cold leads provided by the office
• Follow a structured sales process to close business consistently
• Hit and exceed monthly production goals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals (sales experience preferred)
• Able to work in a structured, performance-based environment
• Willing to obtain insurance license (if not currently licensed)
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and meeting all state licensing requirements
