Title: Office Services Specialist State Role Title: Admin and Office Spec II Hiring Range: $38153 - $46000 Pay Band: 2 Agency: Virginia Department of Health Location: RAP-RAP-FAUQUIER Agency Website: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties This position is responsible for managing the high-volume intake of Environmental Health applications and serving as the primary point of contact for customers navigating the permitting process. The role includes reviewing and researching historical property records, clearly explaining findings, setting realistic expectations, and guiding applicants through each step of the operations permit workflow. The incumbent will accept and track permit documentation as it is completed, ensuring files are accurate and ready for processing. Exceptional customer service is essential, as this role supports applicants with professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering an excellent experience throughout every interaction.
