RN Supervisor

SHIFT: OVERNIGHT 11p - 7a

Complete Care at Harston Hall - Flourtown, PA

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current, active, and unencumbered Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous long-term care experience required

RN Supervisor Responsibilities: RN Supervisor

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned shift, including medication administration, blood draws, and overall resident care

• Conduct routine nursing rounds on each unit throughout the shift

• Provide education and guidance to staff, residents, and family members as needed

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

• Perform additional duties assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
