POTS CORP is a growing company specializing in decorative planters, plants, and professional services including consultation and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and creating elevated, experiential environments for our customers.
Position Overview
The Pots is looking for an independent and driven Outside Sales Representative with a passion for design, nature, and client relationships. We are a luxury biophilic design studio specializing in interiorscape, living walls, and curated plant experiences for high-end residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client portfolio
- Conduct site visits and present customized biophilic design solutions
- Develop relationships with designers, architects, developers, and property managers
- Prepare proposals and follow up to close sales
- Represent The Pots with a professional and design-oriented approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales (design, landscaping, or related fields is a plus)
- Interest or knowledge in design, plants, or biophilic concepts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Professional presence and client-facing experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
