Position: Service Advisor Responsibilities Greet customers with courtesy and efficiency. Determine the need for vehicle repairs and write up service needs. Provide customers with accurate estimates of dollar amount and completion time. Communicate effectively to achieve satisfactory repairs and sales of needed maintenance. Maintain knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies. Keep customers informed and advise them of their vehicle’s prognosis. Set appointments by calling customers and answer the telephone promptly. Qualifications Service Advisor experience highly preferred. Dealership experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR or minimal violations. Compensation This commission‑eligible role offers competitive wages. Employees can earn an average of $3,000–$10,000 monthly with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
