Job Title: Wiring Harness & Cable Assembler

Location: Cranston, RI

Shift: 1st Shift | Start between 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM | OT available on Saturdays

Pay: $18/hr - $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wiring harnesses and cable assemblies

• Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires

• Read and follow work instructions/drawings

• Insert wires into connectors and route harnesses

• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly equipment

• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

• Soldering and wiring experience a plus

• Ability to read English work instructions

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working under a microscope for up to 8 hours

• High School Diploma/GED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
