If you enjoy solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and making a visible impact, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Experience in This Position:Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex quality and manufacturing challenges using structured problem-solving methods.Support customer and supplier quality activities, helping ensure a positive experience and strong partnerships.Lead and facilitate root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma problem-solving efforts.Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new products and processes.Help develop quality standards, inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and process controls.Drive the use of quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, FAI, PPAP, and process capability studies.Participate in audits and help maintain compliance with our Quality Management System and ISO 9001 standards.Analyze quality data, identify trends, and help implement corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and customer support to improve products and processes.YOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree required; preferably in engineering field2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related environment.Experience with quality tools, quality systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is a plus.Internal Auditor training or quality certifications are a plus.WE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every dayCommitment to strengthen communities where our employees live and workCore values that shape our culture and drive us to deliver the best for our employees and our customersBenefits to support the lives of our employeesPay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
