The salary range for this role is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, depending on experience and hours worked.

This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth methodologies, which enables you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure seamless communication. On occasion, in-person sessions may be conducted at our Lancaster location, providing flexibility for both you and the clients. Your workspace is designed to empower you to focus on providing exceptional care, minimizing administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chat and in-person interactions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Facilitate open discussions aimed at increasing self-awareness and emotional growth, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

• Advocate for clients' needs, working collaboratively to set realistic and achievable goals tailored to their specific situations.

• Evaluate clients' mental health using evidence-based assessment tools, creating customized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused methodologies and your clinical expertise.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client undergoes thorough pre-screening, allowing you to focus on providing support to individuals who align with your therapeutic specialties. You will not be responsible for managing severe mental health cases, thereby creating a more predictable and manageable caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a valid license to practice independently (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is essential.
