Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, along with an understanding of various mental health challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for effective case management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
