Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at BeverlyCare, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be providing services to a diverse client base primarily composed of stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life by equipping them with essential coping strategies and therapeutic support. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current and unrestricted license to practice independently in the state where you are providing services, specifically one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication skills with a compassionate approach towards client interactions.

• Strong competence in utilizing technology to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While specific clinical experience in a particular area is not mandatory, candidates with background knowledge in evidence-based practices and familiarity with digital health platforms will find this role advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide an attractive sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring financial stability as you focus on what you do best: helping others.
