Responsibilities

Oversee daily agency operations while ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Lead and inspire our sales team to reach their full potential through consistent mentorship and support.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint in the Massachusetts market.

Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with carrier representatives to secure competitive products for our clients.

Monitor financial performance and agency growth metrics to ensure long-term stability and success.

Foster an inclusive and collaborative office environment where every team member feels empowered to share ideas.

Requirements

Active Massachusetts Property Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.

Five or more years of experience managing independent insurance agency operations.

Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines underwriting guidelines.

Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring sales staff toward growth.

Proficiency in agency management systems and data analysis tools.

Strong local connections within the Fall River business community.
