About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management to serve as the chief enrollment officer and lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive enrollment management plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar, ensuring the delivery of quality services to all constituents. This role involves creating and executing a strategic enrollment management plan, managing a diverse range of student admissions, and working collaboratively with academic deans and other university officials to support the recruitment, retention, and success of students. The AVPEM will also be expected to engage in data-driven decision-making, contribute to the development of effective enrollment policies, and manage the enrollment management budget and resources. Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a significant background in an enrollment management unit, with experience at the Director or Assistant Vice President level. A Master's degree is required, and a Doctoral degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the development and implementation of enrollment management plans, excellent communication and management skills, and a sensitivity to issues related to the recruitment and retention of a diverse student body. Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, are essential. The role demands a leader who can engage the university community in the recruitment process and is committed to the values of the institution.
