About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) to lead its strategic enrollment efforts. The VPEM will be the chief enrollment officer, responsible for undergraduate enrollment, admissions, financial aid, and related functions. This role demands a data-informed, mission-driven leader with a proven track record in enrollment success, strong financial and operational acumen, and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to implement and refine a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan that aligns with the institution's mission and financial objectives, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Key responsibilities for the VPEM include setting and monitoring enrollment goals, leading market development, and ensuring the responsible use of data analytics and technology to enhance enrollment performance. The role requires a leader who can balance enrollment growth with academic quality and student access, and who is adept at managing financial aid and scholarship programs. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree (doctorate preferred) and significant senior-level leadership experience in enrollment management or related areas. Experience in multi-campus and multi-modal enrollment leadership, as well as a strong commitment to the values and educational philosophy of a Jesuit, Catholic institution, are essential. The VPEM will also be expected to engage in community outreach, cultivate partnerships, and serve as a visible ambassador for the institution.
