We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process. In-Home Sales Specialist Atlanta, GA | Full-Time $60,000 base Salary Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Atlanta market. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process. What You’ll Do Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments Assess water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams Complete required documentation accurately and promptly Respond quickly to new leads and customer needs Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to perform in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment Proficiency with tablets, mobile applications, and CRM systems Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
