The CPO will be responsible for defining a clear product vision that aligns with company objectives, customer needs, and growth targets. This role involves leading a high-performing product organization, owning the product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches that drive expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior product leadership role within a high-growth SaaS environment, with a focus on ERP and vertical software. Key responsibilities include setting and communicating product strategy, managing technical roadmaps, and leading product due diligence for M&A activities. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should possess deep domain experience with ERP systems and a strong background in driving ARR growth through product-led initiatives. The role requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to define and report KPIs linking product outcomes to revenue, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
