Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specializing in areas such as relationship strain, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and mental health issues.

• Facilitate counseling sessions with couples while also providing individual therapy sessions for each partner to ensure a well-rounded approach to relationship health.

• Support families dealing with a wide range of challenges including blended family dynamics, substance abuse, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, advocating for their needs within the broader health system.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families experiencing various psychological and relational challenges. This includes clients facing issues such as adjustment to separation and divorce, conflicts among family members, mother-daughter conflicts, and assistance for those affected by grief or job-related stress. You will be expected to take a tailored approach to address the specific needs and dynamics of each family system.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated understanding of various therapeutic modalities and appropriate interventions for family therapy.

• Experience working in a behavioral health setting or community health clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
