The Opportunity Due to continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to join its New York permanent recruitment team. This is a strategic player‑coach role, offering the opportunity to continue billing while taking responsibility for leading, mentoring, and developing a small team. You'll inherit established client relationships, active mandates, and recently secured business, allowing you to make an immediate impact while helping shape the next phase of growth for the New York office. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients and candidates within the Private Equity and Financial Services market Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of recruitment consultants Take ownership of established client accounts and active search assignments Drive business development and deepen relationships with key clients Collaborate closely with senior leadership on team performance and growth strategy Contribute to the ongoing expansion and success of the New York office Why Join?
