Senior Product Designer, Provider Acquisition

Partner with Creative on a provider rebrand and landing page Own the provider lead/application form and acquisition entry point Design internal agentic PGA sales tooling with real-time signals and decision support Diagnose SQL→IC drop-off, form hypotheses, and run funnel conversion experiments Conduct research with providers and Provider Growth Associates Raise design craft standards and contribute patterns to the Helix design system Work directly in code through launch and iteration using AI-assisted workflows Requirements 5+ years of product design experience Experience with conversion, growth, or acquisition work Exceptional visual and interaction design craft Ability to produce polished, high-quality public-facing designs Funnel analysis and conversion optimization experience Experience designing agentic or AI-powered workflows Experience with real-time decision support or intelligent automation Fluency partnering with Creative/brand, Product Management, and Engineering Comfort using Claude Code, Cursor, and MagicPatterns for AI prototyping Ability to work directly in code through launch and iteration Required authorization to work in the United States for any employer Resume must be submitted as a PDF Required LinkedIn profile URL and portfolio Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive product design experience with a focus on conversion optimization and growth strategies.
