Descripcion de Trabajo CORREDORDEALIMENTOS Propósito del puesto: Esta persona es responsable de entregar los pedidos de alimentos desde la cocina a las mesas delosclientesdeformarápidayprecisa.ActuarcomopuntodecontactoentreelpersonaldeFrentedelacasay Parte trasera de la casa. Responsabilidades: •Entregar la comida de la cocina al comedor.
- Limpie todos los platos de las salsas antes de recogerlos de la línea de exposición.
- Limpie rutinariamente las mesas de los platos sucios y llévelos de vuelta al área de descomposición del lavado de platos.
- Completar las tareas de apertura y cierre asignadas antes y después del servicio, como preparar las bandejas, doblar las servilletas necesarias para sostener los platos calientes,etc.
- Puede ayudar con otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia.
- Siga los procedimientos de apertura y cierre antes y después del servicio.
- Siempre mantenga un comportamiento profesional con todo el personal.
- Ayudar al personal con cualquier aspecto de los pasos del servicio para satisfacer a los clientes, tales como: entrega de alimentos.
- Ser accesible para todo el personal y los clientes para responder cualquier pregunta relacionada con el servicio y las bebidas.
- Siga los pasos de servicio en nuestro manual de servicio y y ayude a comunicarlo a todo el personal que maneja o sirve alimentos y bebidas.
- Mantener la experiencia en el menú de alimentos, alérgenos y protocolo y procedimiento de alergia.
- Ser capaz de explicar los elementos del menú a los invitados junto a la mesa y hablar con los clientes sobre nuestras ofertas de comida.
- Diga las líneas de entrega de alimentos para cada elemento del menú cuando entregue alimentos a la mesa.
- Ser capaz de ejecutar la entrega abierta y simultánea cuando la situación lo permita.
- Seagradecenhabilidadesmuybásicasdemanipulación,preparaciónylimpiezade alimentos.
- Gestión del tiempo y capacidad de trabajar bajo presión para gestionar un alto volumen de producción.
- Habilidad para comunicarse y comprender instrucciones en ingles para garantizar la seguridad en el lugar de trabajo. Capacidad para comprender, responder y interactiar con compañeros de trabajo, gerentes y invitados en ingles.
- Capacidadparacomprenderyseguirinstruccionesescritasyverbales.
- Disciplina para seguir los estándares establecidos.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 25 libras.
