Key Responsibilities: Manage communication from consumers and their representatives via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat. Offer solutions to help consumers resolve their accounts through effective negotiation and listening skills. Maintain clear and cohesive notes and documentation related to all open and pending receivable balances being pursued. Excel in collections performance by exceeding goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) Adhere to expected quality and compliance standards within the collections industry You Have: High School Diploma or GED.
