Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (Based on Experience)
Overtime: Not ApplicableJob SummaryExpress Employment is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Customer Service Manager for a full-time opportunity in Sidney, Ohio. This role is responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, cash applications, account reconciliations, and shipping administration while ensuring accurate financial records and exceptional customer service. Strong Accounts Receivable experience and advanced QuickBooks proficiency are required for success in this position.Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, account monitoring, and customer account reconciliation.
• Set up and maintain customer records, payment terms, tax information, billing contacts, and shipping details within ERP and accounting systems.
• Process customer payments received through ACH, check, and credit card transactions while ensuring accurate application and balancing of remittances.
• Coordinate freight and shipping activities, including obtaining freight quotes, scheduling pickups, preparing shipping documentation, and processing packing slips.
• Monitor customer account aging, communicate regarding past-due balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and support collection efforts.
• Support accounting operations through sales tax administration, cash flow tracking, account monitoring, and cross-training in additional accounting functions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Demonstrated hands-on QuickBooks experience required.
• Experience with customer invoicing, cash applications, collections, account reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to create, maintain, and analyze Excel spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP software and order processing systems.
• Knowledge of sales tax processing, freight coordination, and shipping documentation.
• Accounts Payable experience or willingness to cross-train in additional accounting responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods throughout the day.
• Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
