We focus on providing personalized care primarily to patients with private medical insurance, helping them achieve their recovery goals. Our team comprises experienced physical therapists and a dedicated physical therapy assistant, all committed to fostering a supportive and motivating environment for our patients.

Work Environment

You will work onsite in our modern outpatient office, promoting a collaborative atmosphere among professionals. This position is structured around a Monday-to-Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balance of dedicated patient care and personal time. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, identifying treatment objectives and tailoring care plans based on individual needs.
• Manage an efficient workload, delivering high-quality care to 1 patient per hour.
• Apply effective manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens to enhance patient mobility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Minimize reliance on medications by suggesting alternative treatments and rehabilitation strategies.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they are engaged and committed to their recovery process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of patient care services in compliance with practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our ideal patient-centered approach emphasizes individualized care strategies that prioritize patient engagement and successful outcomes while minimizing the need for invasive procedures.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clean record free of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in orthopedic treatment techniques, with a focus on manual therapy and functional exercises.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and workflow.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, showcasing a deep understanding of patient rehabilitation.
• Successful track record of developing fitness and wellness programs tailored to specific patient goals and needs.
• Effective communication skills to engage and educate patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits
