Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, allowing our Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care in the comfort of patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient-specific goals, needs, and treatment plans.
• Administer one-on-one therapy sessions, maintaining a patient load of one client per hour to ensure focused and quality care.
• Implement diverse treatment modalities tailored to individual patient conditions, prioritizing orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatments and care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design integrated care strategies that promote recovery and well-being.
• Advocate for non-surgical interventions and reduce reliance on medications through effective therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will play a crucial role in improving mobility for patients of all ages and backgrounds, providing them with the resources and support needed to regain independence and functionality.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, with no history of disciplinary actions against it.
• Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to devise effective exercise protocols.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• At least three years of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient care, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a solid foundation in patient education techniques.
• Experience in home care settings and a flexible approach to modifying therapy techniques in diverse environments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
