Work from Home - Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (11a-8p ET) - National

$18 per hour

Colorado Springs, CO

A fully remote pharmacy support call center role fielding requests from patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals regarding payment assistance programs. Responsibilities include card activation, eligibility verification, benefit explanation, and issue escalation. Requires a high school diploma, pharmacy technician experience, HIPAA certification, and 3+ years of call center experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support requests via phone, email, fax regarding payment assistance programs
  • Process card activations, verify program eligibility, explain benefits
  • Troubleshoot submission rejections and resolve first-level issues
  • Document resolution details and escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments
  • Provide recommendations to management regarding operational challenges

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy technician experience
  • HIPAA certification
  • 3+ years call center experience preferred
  • Medical claim processing experience a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
