Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, order management, manufacturing, and supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business processes and requirements.
• Support modules including Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Cost Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Configure enterprise structures, organizations, items, catalogs, sourcing rules, inventory parameters, and transaction controls.
• Support procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, fulfillment, replenishment, and supply chain planning processes.
• Collaborate with Oracle Financials, HCM, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and other enterprise application teams.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion SCM and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, and other integration technologies.
• Assist with data conversion, data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Develop and execute functional test scripts, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with technical and functional teams.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements using Oracle BI, OTBI, and related Oracle reporting capabilities.
• Participate in Oracle quarterly updates, impact assessments, regression testing, and release management.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure SCM solutions follow Oracle best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM implementations, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, patches, and quarterly updates.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts and Oracle Fusion application architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, and data migration processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
• Experience with Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of Oracle WMS Cloud, Transportation Management, or Global Trade Management.
• Experience with Oracle Analytics, OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting solutions.
• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud migrations.
• Experience supporting large-scale global Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security, roles, privileges, and segregation of duties.
