Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions across procurement, inventory, order management, logistics, manufacturing, and related business processes. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate supply chain requirements into scalable Oracle solutions and support end-to-end implementation and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle SCM functional implementations, enhancements, and support activities across enterprise supply chain processes.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements.
• Analyze current-state supply chain processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to define future-state SCM processes and solution designs.
• Configure and support Oracle modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Cost Management.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, data migration, and interfaces.
• Support integration of Oracle SCM with Oracle ERP Financials, HCM, third-party applications, and external supply chain systems.
• Lead or support data conversion, data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support defect analysis, resolution, root-cause analysis, and production issues.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
• Participate in cutover planning, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Monitor SCM processes and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers, business analysts, and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle SCM consulting, implementation, or production support.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and supply chain business processes.
• Hands-on experience with one or more Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Product Management, or Cost Management.
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, fulfilment, procurement, planning, and logistics processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working with cross-functional Oracle ERP teams, particularly Oracle Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM integrations, data migration, reporting, and technical interfaces.
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and project deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle SCM Cloud certification is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud migration/transformation projects.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and related Oracle reporting/data-loading tools.
• Experience in large-scale global Oracle ERP/SCM transformation programs.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Strong experience with supply chain transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
