Grant Coordinator

The Grant Coordinator position at the Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (FAFCC) plays a vital role in the day-to-day administration of FAFCCs expanding grant portfolio. As a critical part of the team, the Grant Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating deliverables, reporting requirements, and partner compliance for funding awarded to support the Associations programs. This position also involves supporting member clinics with grant programs and ensuring organized records, clear tracking systems, and consistent processes are in place to meet deadlines effectively and address potential issues proactively. The Grant Coordinator will serve as a valuable resource for applicants and grantees, providing guidance on requirements, timelines, and expectations, and will be responsible for managing grant systems and records.

• Familiarity with grant compliance fundamentals, including federal and state pass-through funding requirements
• Strong organizational and project tracking skills
• Experience with nonprofit, healthcare, or publicly funded programs preferred
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data-management tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote, small-team environment
• Current Florida residency required
