Dispatch Clerk

Shift/Schedule: 40 Hour Work Week - 9am-6pm Hours and two days will be provided each week - You will usually get two days off a week, dependent of available overtime. The off days are based off a rotating schedule.

What you will be doing:

• Ripping and assigning cards to board.
• Sending and assigning pick ups to drivers.
• Report missed pick ups.
• Log Seals on share drive.
• Answer calls from Customer service and drivers.
• Other Duties as required and assigned

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
