Key Responsibilities

The Full-Time Physical Therapist will take on various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Directing physical therapy treatments aimed at preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, and improving functional abilities in alignment with individual care plans.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' functional abilities through diagnostic assessments, leading to tailored treatment strategies.
• Supervising and collaborating with physical therapy assistants to ensure the effective implementation of therapy plans in line with best practices.
• Assessing home environments to make recommendations for improving client independence and overall quality of life.
• Documenting clinical records meticulously, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, while adhering to OASIS guidelines.
• Engaging with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to case conferences, enhancing communication and coordination of care.
• Providing education and consultation to clients and their families regarding the physical therapy process, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
• Remaining accessible to physical therapy assistants during client treatment sessions to ensure care quality and support.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members.
