Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history and performing specific assessments to develop customized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring that they are included in setting realistic and achievable goals.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing treatment protocols that align with patient needs and industry standards, adapting approaches as necessary based on individual progress and healthcare changes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, documenting significant changes in patient conditions and adjusting the treatment plans as required.
• Complete all necessary discharge planning and follow-up care, maintaining accurate documentation that reflects the patient's journey and captures essential data from initial evaluations to discharge summaries.
• Exhibit strong time-management skills by adhering to productivity expectations while maintaining punctuality for meetings and clinical sessions.
• Contribute to departmental goals and objectives by participating in quality improvement initiatives and complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, pursuing certifications, and serving as a mentor to new staff and students.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
