Are you an experienced cook looking to bring your culinary skills to a vibrant and dynamic kitchen? At BLUE BAYOU RESTAURANT & OYSTER BAR, we’re passionate about serving up fresh, flavorful dishes that reflect the heart of New Orleans. Located in the city’s culinary hub, we’re seeking a talented AM Cook to join our team and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What You’ll Do

As an AM Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly during morning shifts. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to meet health and safety standards.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Assisting with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Bring passion to the preparation of dishes that delight our guests.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
A strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A commitment to upholding high standards of quality and cleanliness.
