Now Hiring Assembler / Spot Welder Operators 1 & 3rd shift Kings Mountain, NC 1st Shift | MondayThursday | 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Must be available for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed Starting pay $20.50 NOW HIRING 3rd shift ASSEMBLERS FOR MANUFACTURING PLANT PAY RATE: $22.50 SHIFT: 3rd SHIFT 7:00 pm TO 5:30 am Sunday - Thursday MUST BE OPEN TO WORK ON FRIDAYS WHEN PRODUCTION DICTATES

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assembler / Spot Welder Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components according to specifications
Operate spot welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow all work instructions and safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
Spot welding experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
