Visual Comfort Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist – Strategic Accounts to deliver exceptional service for a diverse portfolio of strategic customers. You will manage orders, export docs, and provide technical support, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant fulfillment.
